1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ck71 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing the ck71 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

ck71 is a secure and reliable online betting and gaming platform that offers cricket, slots, live casino, and various card games to members in Bangladesh. Before using the platform, please ensure that you are eligible to use such services under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

To use any service on ck71, users must be at least 21 years of age. Opening or using an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration

When opening an account on ck71, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with incorrect or false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

2.1 One Member, One Account

Each member may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person — using the same device, IP address, identity document, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all accounts and any balances held in them may be confiscated.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Avoid sharing your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the ck71 support team immediately.

• Accounts are not transferable to any third party.
• Selling, buying, or leasing an account is prohibited.
• Report any suspicious activity to ck71 support.

3. Account Verification

ck71 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. The following documents may typically be requested for verification:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address).
• Proof of payment method (such as verification of your bKash or Nagad number).

ck71 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or certain services until verification is complete. Providing false documents will result in permanent account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

ck71 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method through which the deposit was made. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• ck71 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Failed or Delayed Transactions

If any deposit or withdrawal is unusually delayed or a transaction fails, contact ck71 support immediately. ck71 is not responsible for delays caused by network issues or payment gateway failures.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 or more applies the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit + bonus). For example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳37,500 in bets before withdrawing.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• The deadline to complete wagering requirements is set from the date the bonus is received.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently toward wagering calculations.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms.

5.3 VIP Program

ck71's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold. You can advance to higher tiers through regular active play.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other strategy with the intent to abuse bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is detected, the bonus will be confiscated and the account may be closed.

6. Betting Rules

ck71 allows betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless ck71 acknowledges a technical error.
• ck71 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the relevant rules.
• ck71's decision is final in determining outcomes.

6.1 In-Play Betting

Real-time data applies when placing bets on in-play or live betting options. Even if a bet is accepted, it may be subject to review due to network delays or technical issues.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

The rules of each individual game apply for live casino, slots, and table games. If the connection is lost during a game session, the system will automatically save the last state and the session will be restored upon reconnection.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck71 platform:

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to manage bets or games.
• Being involved in match-fixing or result manipulation in any way.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to breach or undermine the platform's security systems.
• Spreading false information in the name of ck71 or conducting fraudulent activities.

If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be confiscated, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by ck71

ck71 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest conduct.
• Failure to provide verification documents.
• Security or legal reasons.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your own account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining valid balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
